Prices start from AED 1.65M for studios, followed by 1BR from AED 2.6M, 2BR Premium from AED 4.25M and 3BR Premium from AED 6.5M. The project comes with a 30/70 payment plan, with 70% payable upon the expected December 2029 handover.
EOIs are now being accepted at AED 50,000 for studios and 1BRs and AED 100,000 for all other residences, with priority booking available at 10%.
